"Being in medical school gets lonely. The same routine everyday: wake up, watch lecture, study all night, sleep, and repeat. I didn’t have roommates, so I was by myself for a lot of my first year. Second year came around, and my fiancé and I decided it was time for a furry friend. We had been looking at different doggos for a few weeks and weren’t fully set on any of them. Then one of my friends reposted the Urbanek’s Instagram story of their litter, and I saw this little guy who I absolutely fell in love with!!! The sweetest lab face with cute black and white spotting all over- I knew we had to meet him. So, I messaged Maddie immediately for details and organized a time for me to come see him. I was lucky enough that she and her husband were in Lexington which is my hometown and made meeting him so convenient. They were so sweet and easy to work with! I met him (fell in love all over again), paid my deposit, and scheduled a weekend for when he would be ready for pickup! A few weeks later we were able to bring our sweet boy home 💓 Maddie was so amazing, she gave me his vaccine records and told me everything from the food she had been feeding the pups to the soap she was using for their baths. Leo is the best boy, and Ben and I consider ourselves so so lucky to be his parents. He is so easy to train, friendly with everyone, and LOVES to play. He has been the greatest companion to us and we can’t imagine our lives without him now. We can’t thank Maddie and Blake enough and highly recommend their sweet pups for anyone interested in a doodle!!"
